- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge hourly based on the type of service and whether one or both of us are supporting you. Our rates typically range from $45–$65/hour for one person, and $75–$110/hour for two-person projects. We offer bundled rates for ongoing clients and customized pricing for larger projects. All sessions have a 3-hour minimum, and travel within the Portland area is included.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a consultation call to learn about your needs and goals. From there, we’ll propose a plan based on the level of support you’re looking for. Whether it’s a one-time project or recurring weekly help. We aim to make the process warm, collaborative, and clear every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We bring almost two decades of experience in executive assistance, project coordination, and lifestyle management. Over the years, we’ve supported high-performing individuals, business leaders, and families across a wide range of personal and professional needs. Our background includes managing complex operations, handling high-level scheduling and logistics, and providing discreet, trusted support for executives and entrepreneurs. We’ve worked in both in-home and remote settings, often serving as the go-to people for anything that needs to be done thoughtfully, efficiently, and with a calm, grounded presence. This work has shaped us into highly capable, relational professionals who understand how to support the whole picture not just the task at hand, but the person behind it.
