FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I want to get you know you! When we understand each other as people, it's a lot easier to work together and hear what you want and need. I want to know your end result - where do you want to be, what's your goal? I'm here to help you make that plan and take those steps along with you to the finish line.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes! I am constantly researching real estate, attending seminars and taking classes. Being knowledgable and up-to-date allows me to proficiently answer the questions you may have and keep us ahead in the real estate market.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I first moved here from Staten Island, it wasn't long before I started working on remodeling homes. It started with a foreclosure flip. Every single room was torn down and rebuilt. Having a disaster of a property and turning it around with time, sweat and heart, then being able take step back say to - wow. I made this happen. The satisfaction and pride of work feels amazing. From there, a partner and I went on to remodel multiple multi-families and single family homes - our favorite being The Drive Thru House; aptly named as a car had driven straight through the bathroom wall. Eventually, I had become so involved in real estate - finding properties, negotiating, working contracts - I realized I actually loved this business. Having done this myself so many times, I knew I could be a better agent because I've been on the same side of the fence as my clients.
