I run my company with a hands-on approach and take pride in doing the job right the first time. When customers hire me, they’re working directly with the person responsible for the quality of the work—not a middleman or a rotating crew. I focus on honest recommendations, clear communication, and reliable heating solutions that are built to last.
I’m passionate about providing dependable service, whether it’s a repair, maintenance, or a full system replacement. Every home is treated with respect, and I make sure customers understand their options so they can make informed decisions. My goal is to deliver quality workmanship, fair pricing, and long-term comfort customers can count on.

had a thermostat install issue that i was looking to get sorted out - after meeting i decided to have the heater serviced since i just moved in the place. Very thorough work- ive never seen anyone clean the inside as he did. Disassembled everything- it now works like new - great value- give him a try you won’t be disappointed.

They showed me the value of having an annual checkup of heating and cooling. They opened the door to the heater and we immediately smelled gas. This unit is six years old and never inspected or tuned up. Will be having these guys do our checkup every year.

Hired these guys to come inspect and clean my mini splits. Jeremy did a great job, there was a lot of mold buildup on the blower heads and he was able to get it clean. It also blows air a lot better now too.

My A/C went out in the heat of the summer. I'm elderly (Oh, how I hate that term!) Jeremy came by the same day to check it out, but the unit was old and no telling how long a bandage fix would last. To make a long story short, he was very professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend Jeremy!
Burge & Sons Heating and Air Conditioning LLC's reply
Thank you so much for the kind review! I know how miserable it can be when an A/C goes out in the middle of summer, and I really appreciate you trusting me to come take a look. Even when a system is older, I always want to be honest about the best long-term solution and help you feel comfortable with your decision. Your recommendation truly means a lot to me and my business. If you ever need help with your air conditioning or heating system again, Or really anything for that matter, I’m just a call away!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is straightforward and transparent. I explain all costs upfront before any work begins, so there are no surprises. Recommendations are based on what makes the most sense for the customer’s needs and budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by listening to the customer’s concerns and evaluating their system or project needs. After a thorough assessment, I explain the issue and outline the best options available. Once we agree on a plan, the work is completed efficiently and professionally, and I make sure everything is operating properly before the job is finished.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on trade training and ongoing experience working with a wide range of heating systems. I stay up to date with current equipment, codes, and best practices to ensure every job is done safely, correctly, and to a high standard.
