- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in pricing by project, not by the hour. The best marketing is done after a certain amount of information gathering and research. I don't believe that a client should have to pay for that time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask a client to complete a brief questionnaire and then schedule a time to talk with me. We will go through the client's primary goals, what kinds of things they want to specifically market and any ideas they would like to incorporate. Then, I will work on a detailed proposal with a timeline that I will share with the client within 5 - 7 days of our conversation (this can be shorter for jobs that require a quicker turnaround).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I spent 15 years doing marketing and the last 8 years specifically with social media marketing. I have worked with a variety of target audiences, from teenagers to baby boomers and understand the key differences both in messaging and marketing mediums that must be utilized to appeal to a specific audience.
