- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is a little different, so for that reason I don't normally have set prices, except for the Wedding Packages that I offer. I am always willing to quote a price to fit your need, work within a fixed budget, or offer my services at an hourly, or daily, rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple... I start by listening to whatever you have to say, then asking questions and having a conversation about how I can help you. I'll be straightforward and honest with you, because I don't believe in telling people what they want to hear so I can take their money... I care most about my product and your satisfaction! I want to be proud of my work and I want you to be touched by your video! I'm not in this business for the money. I'm in it because I love it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's of Arts in Cinema Studies & Screenwriting, with Minors in Theatre Arts & Creative Writing, from the University of Oregon. I've been a filmmaker since 2000, and owned my production company since 2005. I've made dozens of short films and documentaries, and several features, two of which were theatrically released.
