- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A $500 retainer is required with the signing of the contract to lock in the date. The remaining balance can be paid at any time but no later than 5 days before the event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First things first I love to kick off my relationships with my clients via a facetime or phone call. It's super important for me and my clients to get to know each other this way vs. E-mail or text. Once we've worked out details and are ready to move forward I'll send a contract and invoice for the event which locks in all the details we've discussed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to college for photography and continue to take online courses to hone my skill.
