Continual education from companies like Microsoft, Cisco, Fortinet, Dell and Shoretel are essential to our ability to offer cutting edge, efficient service.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
On the residential side of our business we mostly assist with computer cleanups, virus removal, malware/spyware removal, and computer optimization. This usually involves a rather routine process that we've worked hard to develop and perfect. For businesses, we routinely work with networks, servers, firewalls and the like, ensuring the network infrastructure is sound and that employees have the proper tools to effectively and efficiently do their jobs. We offer a wide range of business services including help desk, infrastructure, web development, hosting and more.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be diligent in ensuring the person or company you're thinking about hiring is established and experienced. Check their website. Ask them about their past work. Make sure they're bonded or insured. Select a company that's been around a while, has satisfied customers and knows how to communicate effectively with you.
