- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I charge $25 per hour and do an "estimate" the best I can in the initial walk through with you. It may take longer the first clean. Over time we will work together to fine tune things as we address your needs and concerns.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I bring a checklist and go room by room having the client explain what they want done in each room.
