I needed to get the outside of my 1750+ sq. ft. Home pressure washed and windows cleaned. The spiders with their cob webs were taking over. It was definitely time to send them "packing" & find someplace different to reside.
I discovered business owner STEVE RICE at Rogue Valley JunkBusters & Landscape. Steve did everything he said he would and then some. I was especially impressed with the final price he gave me too. He is fast becoming my "Go-To Guy" for all my future projects. His work ethics are by far some of the best I've seen in many years.
Steve is the first business owner to not shoot down the work of others. I am truly thankful that he didn't try to steal my landscaping or inside housecleaning by telling me that he could do a better job or for less money. In fact, he highly praised the work that my longtime landscaper has been doing.

Steve was fantastic! We hired him to clean out our gutters but he was completely flexible and did a bunch of clean up and tree trimming on the spot.
We will be calling on Steve soon to do some more projects. Hire him, you won't be disappointed. Thanks Steve!

This was a first time pressure-washing experience at our home. Steve Rice was the first to respond. He offered a fair quote, and was prompt, reliable, and friendly. He did the job with care and precision. It's like we have a new home! For a little more money, he also cleaned gutters and hauled away green debris that would have been a hassle to contract with someone else for. We highly recommend Steve Rice of Rogue Valley Junkbusters! Laura and Jerry -- Ashland, OR

Pressure washed outside stucco walls and landscape details. Very nice young man. Professional. Showed up 15-20 minutes later than he estimated but called ahead to tell me. Very satisfied with the cost and quality of work.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project differs but I usually charge by the amount of debris, junk, material I haul away and what it consists of. Yard debris, wood and metal scrap are much cheaper and easier to dispose of then paint, chemicals or roofing material and carpet! So every load is charged according to quantity and content.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers usually text me pictures to give an idea of how big their project is and I will almost always respond with a price quote the same day and work quickly to get the job done that day as well whenever possible! Larger projects can take days or even weeks but we are always up for the challenge.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve held numerous positions in management customer relations and customer service and I know what it means to put the customer first. I want every customer to feel important no matter how big or small the job we want your needs to be fulfilled!
