- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Ive been in the Real Estate field since I was 18 years old. Homes have always been a passion of mine. Ive been a Real Estate Appraiser for over 5 years and have enjoyed it so much that I decided to take up Real Estate Sales as well. I love being a part of the American Dream and helping great disserving people get into their first home or sell their first home to move into a larger one...It gives me great joy to be a part of this very important part of a persons life.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
As a Real Estate Consultant I take care of the transaction. Its not a matter of showing a home and filling out a contract. I coordinate all parties in the transaction for example, Negotiate on your behalf, Open Escrow, keep in close contact with the lender, Insurance Agent, Schedule Home Inspection, Schedule Appraisal Inspection, negotiate noted repairs, Keep everyone in the transaction up to date. Selling/Buying a home is a long 30-45 days process that takes many professionals as a Real Estate Consultant Iam working on your behalf taking care of everything to get you were you want to be whether it be selling your property or buying your first home.  Selling/Buying a home is a somewhat of a stressful event for the average person, having an agent take care of you keeps your mind on you goal and makes escrow seem like a piece of cake 
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask friends and family that have recently sold or purchased a home what they liked about their Agent. Interview different agents. An agent should be a person you can trust is great at negotiating, is a person you fill comfortable with. The sale/purchase of a home is a long difficult process; its wise to have an agent that is truly on your side and works hard to get your home sold (seller) / you in your home (purchaser).
