FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fixed price bidding. Contract based so that your final invoice doesn't ramp up without your prior approval.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key. We’ll typically start with talking about the project details, meeting at the jobsite, then putting together a bid package and timeline. After the bid package is accepted, we require a down payment following a payment schedule. If there are any changes along the way, we’ll adjust time and cost as needed through a written change order. Final payment (typically 1%) is due at the final day of the project. Punch list work is done after the project is complete and we offer a one year warranty on all workmanship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We’re licensed with the Oregon CCB and Washington L&I and are up to date with training as well as building codes, laws, and regulations. We're also trained to abate lead and to work in residential homes built pre-1978. Licensed, bonded and insured in OR and WA.
