FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No. Each customer is unique, each business is unique and the project must be tailored to the needs of the business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by listening to your ideas, your goals, your concerns and anything else that can help us to understand your world. We don't begin by talking about ourselves. We will always focus on you and what we can do to help you with whatever your next challenges are. We will ask a lot of questions to help us learn about what makes you and your business unique. When we have a good understanding of who you are and what you want, we will develop a proposal that includes ideas of how you can work toward achieving your goals. We will always provide a variety of options and budgets for you to choose from. Our job is to help you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I (Brian Groves) have a science degree in engineering that was used in my previous career as a technical expert. I eventually moved from engineering to marketing, since I found that many marketing people do not adequately explain the value that is found in a business or product. I never use hype or fluff in the way I build a marketing campaign. People will be able to see the value that you and your business provide. Kasey (Morales) has a degree in design and has been in a variety of marketing roles including director of marketing for several companies over the last 20 years. She knows how it feels to be on the business side of the marketing equation and has developed an effective way of working with a business to help in their marketing and communication needs.
