- What types of customers have you worked with?
Clean the clients office space on a regular basis. Cleaning includes: Dust removal. Vacuum the carpeted areas and remove small spills & spots. Clean & remove dust from the desk tops. Empty the trash and replace the liner if needed. Clean the windows. Replace burned out light bulbs. Clean & disinfect the restrooms & lunch room. Save the client $$ on paper products & supplies. Remove high ceiling cobwebs.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
While price is important so is Reliability -- showing up every service day. Honesty -- some clients leave sensitive documents on desk tops, not using clients computers or telephone or fax machine. If I break something, man up and pay for it or replace the item. Care -- If I have a cold that means wearing a surgical mask and frequent hand washing to help prevent spreading viruses or cold germs. No excuses -- if a customer asks for an area to be recleaned or pay more attention to______ then do it. Just do it -- if I see an area or item that needs to be cleaned and it is not on the task list, clean it.
