We couldn’t be happier with L & M Home Services! Our deck was originally only half covered, and we wanted the other half also covered. Lloyd did exactly that! It looks like it was all built at the same time, you can’t even tell it was added on. Their bid was largely more affordable than every other bid (by 2-8x!). Lloyd was also incredibly respectful and communicative; he knew I was busy working and only got my attention before leaving. Thank you so much!

I had 2 sections of fence removed and replaced. Lloyd was very easy to work with and flexible especially since we had to coordinate with 2 of my neighbors. He crafted beautiful fences that blend right in with all the older fences around them. I will definitely call him back for any future fencing needs or other general handyman work.

Loyd is very kind and relatable. I reached out and hired Lloyd in August , however, after a few cancellations, he was finally able to come do the job in September 2024. The fence looks great except for two of the posts. Lloyd has it so that 2 posts are butting together. This made for a fence cap that needed to be specially cut. I paid Lloyd the full amount of the job with the promise of him bringing the needed fenced post caps back. October passed, November passed, December passed, and sometime in January he brought two fence caps over, but they are too small. They’re not the size of all of the other fence posts, and cannot even be set on the post so that it stays. I contacted Lloyd in January about this, and now twice in February with no response. While I like Lloyd and most of the job that was done.(with the exception of two post budding together at different heights.) I am hoping that Lloyd will finally contact me to finish the job now that it has been over six months. My recommendation for anyone would be to hold off paying the entire amount until the job has been completed 100%. I’m holding out hope that Lloyd will still contact me trying to get this corrected so that the job is 100% done.
