Great experience working with Lloyd! He was patient as we planned out project, was communicative, problem solves strange conditions on out property, and installed for the price he quoted in the time he said it would take. He even helped up plan out services to align with our budget. Looking forward to his return to wrap up the other side of our property. A+.

Lloyd was hard working, on time, clear, rapid response, and worked quickly. Everything was almost as agreed to at a very low price. There was one detail that did not happen. We discussed the concrete being above the dirt level with the concrete sloping away from the post to help with water shedding away from the post. This helps the post not rot as quickly... This detail was not done as requested. Honestly everything else was so great and low cost that I am still very happy. He has obviously made a lot of fences and knows how to work quickly and solve problems on the fly! I am guessing that he has to really watch his time to keep the price as low as he does, so it makes sense that the concrete was not done right. My neighbor added extra concrete to get the result we wanted, and it all worked out!

We couldn’t be happier with L & M Home Services! Our deck was originally only half covered, and we wanted the other half also covered. Lloyd did exactly that! It looks like it was all built at the same time, you can’t even tell it was added on. Their bid was largely more affordable than every other bid (by 2-8x!). Lloyd was also incredibly respectful and communicative; he knew I was busy working and only got my attention before leaving. Thank you so much!

Larry built a hog wire and pressure treated fence around our front yard and it turned out GREAT! He was professional, reasonably priced, and quick! I would absolutely recommend him for your fencing needs.
