We needed a door frame removed temporarily so that an appliance would fit through the doorway. He did a great job, was very careful to remove it in such a way that the wood wasn't damaged and could easily be reinstalled, and then cleaned up really well. Quick and professional -- we'll definitely call on him (and Thumb tack) again.

Phil is fantastic! He arrived on time, did not waste any time getting to the list of repairs we had for him. First, he looked at all the items and determined what would be needed to complete the repair. He made a list of things to be purchased and was out the door to make those purchases and was back in short time. He got right to work, had everything completed quickly and to detail. He noticed a few other small repairs and made those quickly, also. He seemed to be very knowledgeable and willing to take most any project on. We will definitely be use g him again.

Phil rebuilt an exterior ramp into our building. He was very responsive, professional, and able to work around our schedule. He did a great job and we will be using him again soon! So happy to have found Thumbtack as well!!

In spite of not knowing anything about the type of difficult and very specific job I was asking him to do he figured it out and did a fabulous job of it! He was was able to do it the day he looked at it to check it out and was able to do it in a very short period of time. I was so happy with the job he did I took a picture of it and then sent it to my teacher so she could see what a success it was. (apparently a lot of people screw it up and I wanted her to see the end result) he was reasonably priced and very pleasant to work with and I will certainly be using him again. I've got business cards for both my parrots and my boyfriend and I know that they will use him as well. If you want somebody good you found the right guy.:-D

Excellent. I have an old home that had various maintenance issues that I couldn't take care of competently myself. Phil showed up on time, was very efficient and did a wonderful job. I will be hiring him again to do some future repairs.
