- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard rate is $75 per hour, with a two-hour minimum. For larger or more complex projects, I often provide fixed-price estimates so there are no surprises. Pricing is based on the scope of work, complexity, and time required. Materials and supplies are not included unless specifically stated. Any changes to the scope are discussed and approved before moving forward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by gathering details about the project through messaging or a phone call. For larger jobs, I offer a free on-site estimate to fully understand the scope. Once we agree on pricing and timing, I schedule the work, arrive on time, complete the project efficiently, and make sure everything meets expectations before wrapping up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 40 years of hands-on experience in the construction and home services industry. My background includes general contracting, remodeling, carpentry, cabinetry, and finish work. I’m fully Bonded, and Insured, and my training comes from decades of real-world experience on residential projects of all sizes.
