Zeke at NW Premier Services has been amazing to work with on several home projects. He and another employee installed a microwave over my stove, including adding an electrical socket in the cabinet above to plug in the microwave. He did some work on a patio door and assembled a big, heavy piece of furniture for me. Their prices are competitive, Zeke has always responded quickly to emails/texts, and he's one of the friendliest guys you'll ever meet. He knows how to do a wide variety of tasks and I would recommend him and NW Premier Services to anyone!

Very satisfied with the service from Premier Property Services. They installed shelves and blinds, then installed a refridgerator. He took the time to diagnose an electrical issue with the plug and to fix it. Much appreciate the attention to detail.

Zeke and the team did an amazing job. It took about 4 hours for my project. All the 2x2 horizontal fence supporting bars on the bottom of the fence got rotten due to the ground contact. I believe it wasn't pressure treated wood that's the reason. So basically Zeke, install the pressure treated horizontal wooden support and cut out the damaged rotten panels uninstalled see the horizontal panels in front of that. I'm happy about this project After their work is done they cleaned everything. Communicating with them is easy to respond very fast if you cannot contact them through this app I would recommend either text or call them directly that's the fastest way.

We had some rot on the wood near our front door. Zeke inspected and gave me a very reasonable quote. Once the surface was removed some hidden rot was discovered. NW Premier Property Services completely fixed the damage and installed flashing to minimize the possibility of the problem recurring.
