FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in transparent and fair pricing for my services. While specific pricing details may vary based on the scope and duration of the project, I provide clear information about my fees upfront. As for discounts or promotional offers, I occasionally run special programs or offer reduced rates for clients facing financial hardships. It's important for customers to have a conversation about pricing during the initial consultation to ensure a mutual understanding and avoid any surprises. I have a package option that is the best deal, securing 12 coaching sessions that never expire. Additionally, I offer a 24/7 access option to my advice/coaching for a weekly fee. There is limited space for this customized and personal option.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, my typical process involves an initial consultation to gain a comprehensive understanding of their specific needs, challenges, and goals. From there, we collaboratively develop a customized plan that outlines the steps we'll take to achieve their desired outcomes. Throughout the engagement, I provide ongoing support, guidance, and practical tools to empower my clients in their healing and personal growth journey.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have undergone rigorous education and training to enhance my ability to support individuals in navigating their healing journey and relationship endings. I hold certifications in life coaching, conflict resolution, domestic violence dynamics, and divorce coaching. Additionally, I regularly attend workshops, conferences, and continuing education programs to stay updated on the latest research and best practices in my field. I hold my Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice and over 6 years of law enforcement experience.
