Introduction: I am a local woman owned private party chef and meal prep service. I love using local, seasonal, farm fresh ingredients to create a visually stunning and equally delicious meal for you. I am also known for recreating healthier versions of your favorite comfort foods without sacrificing any of the flavor. We create chef inspired and cooked meals to be picked up or delivered. We also offer small catering options for meal trains, baby showers, private dinner parties ect. I am a Culinary Institute of America graduate, and have been a personal trainer for 6 years. So good food and healthy bodies is what we know best! We focus on getting beautiful local ingredients, and will never cut corners when it comes flavor, and quality. We fit our meals into your specific caloric needs or dietary restrictions, including but not limited to- low carb, gluten free, dairy free, anti-inflammatory, vegetarian ect We will NEVER compromise flavor and quality, even if it costs us a bit more. You will be shocked to know the food you are eating is healthy, packed with nutrients and still tastes this good.

6 couples rented an AirBnB for a long weekend together for wine tasting and celebrating 3 50th birthdays. It was the best weekend! Bri provided a taco bar for the day we arrived and a full 4 course dinner to celebrate the birthdays on Saturday. She was very accommodating to food preferences and allergies that I have and put together delicious menus that everyone enjoyed - including birthday desserts! She was professional and easy to work with. She offered numerous pictures and menu ideas to select from. For the taco bar, she brought everything prepared and set it up so we could serve ourselves. For our nicer dinner, she and her sous chef prepared, cooked, served and cleaned everything for us. We were allowed to be guests in our own house and enjoy the evening without any worry. I highly recommend Bri for private catering. Her food was delicious - if you are having a hard time picking from her menu, we all highly recommend her chicken chimichurri meatballs for an appetizer, steak with chimichurri, pan seared halibut, cauliflower mashed potatoes, and roasted brussels sprouts! Thank you Bri for being a part of our memorable 50th birthday celebration!

We hired Bri for our wedding and are so happy we did! She was great and made a menu that was perfect for us. We did heavy appetizers and wanted fun foods like Mac n cheese bites and pizza and she made these but totally elevated them so they were fancy. Everything was delicious and our guests loved the food! She was great and made sure to bring a plate for me and my husband to make sure we ate during our wedding. She took care of everything during the wedding and was flexible with the timing of things, she even helped to set up our cake that was just dropped off by the baker. Highly recommend Bri and I would totally work with her again!

Private Chef Prep did an amazing job on a dinner party I hosted for my girlfriends. The food was amazing, they arrived at my house right on time and were fun and personable! They even cleaned up my entire kitchen at the end! I’d definitely recommend them and hope to plan another event with them again soon.

From start to finish I was very pleased working w Private Chef Prep. Patricia & Bri are good communicators, we’re responsive to my questions & offered wonderful suggestions. On the event day, they came really well prepared, pulled everything together & left our kitchen cleaner then when they arrived. Our guests (including several former caterers) raved about the food & their incredibly helpful but unintrusive service. I heartily recommend requesting their sample menus & obtaining a bid for your next event.

Bri really shined at our Bridal Shower event! She took the theme of garden party and brought in edible flowers and made it gorgeous! All our guests loved the food. Her shining personality was the real hit of the party! Everyone was so impressed! She came She cooked & She conquered! I will absolutely have her cater another event for me! Her deserts were AMAZING!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    My pricing varies widely based on the number of guests and type of food I am serving. The best way to get an accurate quote is to get in touch with me so we can discuss your budget and what you are looking for. I use high quality, local ingredients, as well as prepare and deliver the food personally as close to the time of your event for optimal quality. All events will require a 50% non refundable deposit to secure your date and cover cost of food. The last 50% of your balance will be due 24 hours after service. Parties of 3 guests and under have a $450 minimum. Parties over 8 with less than 10 days notice will be subject to $150-$300 rush fee due to availability of farmers markets, staff and ingredients. Any alcohol is a separate cost that I do not up-charge for. I provide the receipt with final invoicing. The total cost of your catering will include food, delivery, service, any additional supplies, travel fees and labor. Please be aware that gratuity is not included, however greatly appreciated. Estimates are just that, estimate, pricing can vary depending on availability of product, changes to menu, additional head counts ect.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I like to set up a phone call where we can chat about what exactly you are looking for as well as any dietary restrictions, preferences and expectations. From there we will decide on a menu and all other details.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Graduated from the Culinary institute of America in Hyde Park, NY in 2011. Worked in upscale restaurants for 2 years after. Transitioned into Personal Training and Nutrition while working as a Private Chef for the last 5 years. I started my own Meal Prep business this year, and serve/deliver over 400 meals per week.
