Introduction: I am a local woman owned private party chef and meal prep service. I love using local, seasonal, farm fresh ingredients to create a visually stunning and equally delicious meal for you. I am also known for recreating healthier versions of your favorite comfort foods without sacrificing any of the flavor. We create chef inspired and cooked meals to be picked up or delivered. We also offer small catering options for meal trains, baby showers, private dinner parties ect. I am a Culinary Institute of America graduate, and have been a personal trainer for 6 years. So good food and healthy bodies is what we know best! We focus on getting beautiful local ingredients, and will never cut corners when it comes flavor, and quality. We fit our meals into your specific caloric needs or dietary restrictions, including but not limited to- low carb, gluten free, dairy free, anti-inflammatory, vegetarian ect We will NEVER compromise flavor and quality, even if it costs us a bit more. You will be shocked to know the food you are eating is healthy, packed with nutrients and still tastes this good.

Bri was amazing. So calm, cool and collected while doing multiple dishes at once for a party of 35. She and her associate came in, cooked, catered to all and cleaned up like magic. They were so friendly and engaging and the food was delicious. If you are looking to hit the easy button for your next event, this is the caterer for you - full service from start to finish. She really went the extra mile to accommodate the party theme (1950’s) and brought it tables, chairs, tablecloths, cutlery, dish ware and all of the serving supplies. Her homemade fried chicken was definitely a crowd-pleaser.

Bri was so incredible to work with! She made a family members 60th birthday party one to remember with a seven course dinner with wine pairings for each course!! All of the dishes were absolutely delicious, courses were timed out perfectly, and portions were exactly what we needed. Bri has a great energy about her which made our event even better. She is easy to talk with, warm, professional, and fun! She gave our family a once in a lifetime experience and we are so grateful! I would recommend her time and time again.

Bri was amazing at working with some very specific dietary restrictions and preferences! She created a perfect menu and party from start to finish - Great upfront communication and cooked in an Airbnb for kids and adults! A pleasure to work with start to finish. Everything was so delicious

I never order meal prep. At first I was like oh my small portion. The portion was actually perfect and packed full of flavor! I was full and content! I would recommend this for anyone who's looking for some delicious food that is good for you and filling!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    My pricing varies widely based on the number of guests and type of food I am serving. The best way to get an accurate quote is to get in touch with me so we can discuss your budget and what you are looking for. I use high quality, local ingredients, as well as prepare and deliver the food personally as close to the time of your event for optimal quality. All events will require a 50% non refundable deposit to secure your date and cover cost of food. The last 50% of your balance will be due 24 hours after service. Parties of 3 guests and under have a $450 minimum. Parties over 8 with less than 10 days notice will be subject to $150-$300 rush fee due to availability of farmers markets, staff and ingredients. Any alcohol is a separate cost that I do not up-charge for. I provide the receipt with final invoicing. The total cost of your catering will include food, delivery, service, any additional supplies, travel fees and labor. Please be aware that gratuity is not included, however greatly appreciated. Estimates are just that, estimate, pricing can vary depending on availability of product, changes to menu, additional head counts ect.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I like to set up a phone call where we can chat about what exactly you are looking for as well as any dietary restrictions, preferences and expectations. From there we will decide on a menu and all other details.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Graduated from the Culinary institute of America in Hyde Park, NY in 2011. Worked in upscale restaurants for 2 years after. Transitioned into Personal Training and Nutrition while working as a Private Chef for the last 5 years. I started my own Meal Prep business this year, and serve/deliver over 400 meals per week.
