- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Resumes: $60 Cover letters (up to 2): $25 Resume / Cover letter: $75 Website content: $450 (up to 5 standard pages), $65 per page additional Other projects vary with scope of project, but I am very fair and reasonable
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For resumes, I send a basic intake form for clients to fill out so I can gather the information needed to produce an amazing end result. Depending on the information I receive, I may also need a brief follow up phone conversation for additional details or clarification. If client has a current resume that just needs improving, this could take the intake forms place. For cover letters, I just need 1 to 2 links of the job posts for which you are applying so I can customize the cover letter to the specific position. For websites, I conduct a phone interview to gain insight on the scope of the project, pages, and content for each page. Interviews for a 5 page project typically take about 1 hour. For other projects, a phone interview is conducted to go over the particulars.
