- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hydro Plumbing offers competitive pricing. Flat rate pricing. One price for the job including everything, we do not change our pricing unless the scope of work gets updated. Do not expect any price increases or surprises with us!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step is getting them into out system, First name , Last name, *****, ************, Street address. Few more details for commercial customers or contractors. Once into the system, the customer and our team can all communicate, share photos, take care of scheduling and billing all in one place. Very easy to work with us. After the job is scheduled, you will get text notifications (if you want ;) along with a photo of the tech coming to your property. We run a tight ship, are maintain our scheduling. Lots of communication to make sure things are clear. We take payment most ways, then an invoice is sent for records. The invoice can be viewed at anytime after it is created and it is easy to navigate or make a payment. Most important step! Leave us a review. We provide 5 star plumbing services and rather you want to leave a review or not, we still appreciate your business. There is a link on the review if you are shy or want to do it later, part of our process is to get your feedback. It is very important for us to maintain our company at a high level and there is no better way in doing this.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Engineering degree, experience running construction companies and working in the industry, can build or plumb anything, can solve any problem you have with your home or business. We focus on plumbing here at Hydro Plumbing but have the answers and do help with other trades if it comes up. We hold a General Contracting License as well as our Plumbing Specialty Licenses. We can work on any size building in Oregon, fully licensed!
