- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge nothing for a first visit and visual diagnostic and quote. If we need to do more work to diagnose your issue, we'll let you know what the cost will be upfront before doing any work. You'll always know what to expect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to get our Plumbing Professional out to talk to you and look at your issue as quickly as possible. That's the best way to really understand your needs and get you the service you need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our Plumbing Professionals have appropriate licenses to do the work at hand, including mandatory continuing education.
