FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a standard service fee to come out, diagnose the issue, and provide a flat rate price for the repair or service. This approach helps ensure transparency and no surprises or hidden fees on the final invoice. If you’re able to provide detailed photos from all angles and a thorough description of the issue, we’re happy to offer virtual estimates when possible. For larger projects, like remodels or major installations, we provide free in-person estimates. Our goal is always to give you peace of mind of a fair and accurate quote before any work begins. As a thank-you for their service, we proudly offer a complimentary discount to all veterans and active-duty military personnel. Please let us know at the time of booking so we can apply it to your service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we start by gathering as much information as possible about the issue or project. If it's a repair or smaller job, we often ask for photos and a description so we can provide a virtual estimate when possible. If an on-site visit is needed, we’ll schedule a convenient time to come out, assess the situation, and provide a flat rate quote. This visit includes a service fee, which covers the diagnosis and consultation. For larger projects like remodels or new installations, we offer free in-person estimates. We'll walk through your goals, discuss options, and provide a clear, upfront price. Once approved, we schedule the work and communicate with you every step of the way to ensure everything runs smoothly. Our goal is to make the process simple, transparent, and stress-free from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed a full plumbing apprenticeship and hold a Journeyman Plumber’s Card in the State of Oregon. Over the years, I’ve also taken a variety of safety and construction-related courses to stay current with industry standards and best practices. Before starting my own business, I had the privilege of working for a small, family-oriented plumbing shop where I gained valuable hands-on experience and learned the importance of quality workmanship and customer relationships. I've worked across a wide range of job types. From small residential homes to large commercial construction sites; including service work, remodels, and new construction. That diverse experience allows me to approach each project with confidence, precision, and a strong commitment to doing the job right.
