- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive up front prices. We try to keep overhead down and don't spend thousands of dollars on advertising and a huge warehouse so we can pass savings to our clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will go over options with you to make a professional repair to your plumbing system with up front prices and if possible we will make the repair or replacement while we are on site.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Trained in gas piping systems, tank less and tank water heaters, water treatment and water pipe systems. All plumber are licensed with the state and have completed 4 years of technical schooling as well as over 8000 hours of on the job training.
