- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat diagnostic fee of $89, which covers the service call and full diagnosis. If you proceed with the repair, the diagnostic fee is applied toward the total cost. All pricing is upfront and discussed before any work is done. There are no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I gather basic information about the appliance and the issue. I then schedule a same-day or next-day visit when available. During the visit, I perform a full diagnosis, explain the problem, and provide repair options with clear pricing. Once approved, I complete the repair and test the appliance before leaving.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed formal training at an appliance repair school, where I studied diagnostics, electrical systems, and mechanical components of residential appliances. In addition to formal education, I continue to build experience through hands-on repairs and ongoing learning with major appliance brands.
