I contacted Alex for a quote on repairing my GE profile induction range. He was very thorough in explaining to me the cost of repairing the GE product as the components would cost as much or more than a new range. And that the life of a stove like mine is 10 years. Alex recommended purchasing a domestic mid priced range to replace my stove! Really excellent customer service!
