Had a great experience with this company and their technician Alexei. He came out to look at our freezer and was able to fix a small broken part in about 30 minutes. The repair was $300, which seemed a bit expensive. Unfortunately, the freezer was still not working properly the next day, and he came early on a Sunday to troubleshoot. He quickly informed us that it would be a much bigger issue, about $800 to fix. This was not the news we wanted to hear, and we decided that we would just get a new fridge instead of trying to fix. However, they reimbursed us for the repair and only charged us for the service fee since the repair was under warranty. They were incredibly responsive and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them.

Portland appliance repair guys did an awesome job assessing our dishwasher. It ultimately is unable to be repaired and needs to be replaced but their technician spent hours at our house trying to fix it and updated us along the way. We would definitely use them again!

Alex was the tech, showed up in the indicated time slot, worked efficiently and got our issues addressed. Will definitely call them first for any appliance repair. I did find that the online availability calendar was wrong, don't know if that's the vendor or thumbtack , but once we agreed on date and time all went well.

Unfortunately, my clothes dryer was totaled. I appreciate the technician made it clear he was willing to repair the dryer if I chose to, but that a new dryer would cost about as much.
