- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat rate of $50-$80 an hour depending on the type of work and general liability associated with it. I bill hourly for actual hours worked.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet in person in the space where the project will take shape and work through a series of questions defining the client's scope, objectives, style preferences, timeline, and budget.
