Eli created a whole house CAD 2d drawing to scale. He also designed and created plans for a living space above our garage. This involved adding several posts and a beam . Also helped me by getting a engineer stamp for a permit. Eli is professional and easy to work with.

Ely was professional but able to chat lightly with some back and fourth humor. Helpful when trying to decide such permanent plans for your personal space. He was extremely prompt with results and response time. I could not have wanted for more. His knowledge of the inner permit requirements was imperative to our process. I'm very grateful to have worked with him.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Projects are bid at a flat rate and then are charge hourly for changes outside of original scope of work
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The design process is: Step 1, Going over the project by phone and email. Step 2, Sending a design proposal. Step 3, Taking a site visit to take the as-built measures and see if the proposed design is possible. Step 4, construction drawings in CAD, Step 5, Engineering if needed. I have a good / affordable engineer who can help with the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education: Bachelor’s in Architecture, Portland State University Experience: Over 15 yrs of residential construction , Frame to Finish.
