Martin, Shane and the crew did an AMAZING job relaxing our deck and fence! From the initial quote with Martin offering a detailed itemized list of the work we discussed an affair estimate all the way to the finishing touches and coming back out when a railing is loose- all exceptional work quality. We contracted TGR to construct a covering over our backyard patio. They responded quickly and set up a site assessment within two days. We met with their bid specialist to discuss the project details and determine a timeline. He was extremely knowledgeable, listened to our questions and made excellent recommendations. We received a detailed bid after the weekend, and he was open to negotiating pricing. Once accepting the bid the project moved forward quickly and they started construction within a day. The crew was efficient, took care not to damage the property, and cleaned up after every evening. They completed the project two days earlier than originally estimated and came back the next morning for a post construction inspection. We were very impressed with everyone involved in the project, and highly recommend TGR for their efficiency, professionalism, and attention to detail.

TGR, and everyone who worked with us on this project, exceeded our expectations for their expertise, responsiveness, and consideration of our needs. Dale, our project manager, helped came up with an innovative and affordable handbuilt scissor truss solution to raising the clearance on our large carport, provided a detailed and stable estimate, started work promptly, and managed the transformation of our 75-year-old exterior into a neighborhood showpiece. Dale’s insightful solutions to the inevitable challenges of working with an older structure kept the project on track and on budget, and he made sure we were involved and satisfied with every aspect of the job. The craftsmen were skilled and professional, conscientious, worked diligently, kept the worksite clean, and obviously enjoyed their work. Their attention to detail and finish was remarkable. Our project demonstrated that TGR has mastered the elements of a successful build: (1) TGR gave us experienced and imaginative estimators and project leadership who conceived and accomplished an outstanding and affordable outcome; (2) TGR applied the best methods and materials to ensure high quality and beauty, and (3) TGR takes care of its people, who shared the customer’s interest in quality and value, and worked hard to realize our vision and delighted us with the result.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Always best to meet at the project location in person to ensure no information is left out. Goal is to find out customer's needs (budget, timeline, desired materials, etc) and to promptly get an itemized estimate sent with detailed information on how the project would be executed and what you are paying for.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We ensure that our team obtains relevant certifications on trades that we work on the most, to ensure that our projects are built to code and to manufacturers standards.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
By working in the construction industry for over a decade, thus building a network of vendors and clients and building strong relationships.
