My name is Shayla, and I am a bartender by trade, Social Worker (MSW) by profession. My services reflect range with certifications and extensive field experience in each category. I offer wedding officiation, public speaking and mobile bartending. I have a Masters of Social Work with a speciality in clinical therapy but I have a soft spot and dedication for bartending and assisting people for special events!

Shayla was absolutely OUTSTANDING! We hired her for a birthday party in May 2025. Her bubbly personality, her interaction with our guests and her expertise in bartending and knowing what our guests wanted was top-notch! She provided us with all of the information needed for a very successful bar; including help with signature drink ideas! She was proactive and made small sample drinks for the guests to try while we were playing games and mingling! She fit in perfectly with our family and guests and even played some of the games with us. She went above and beyond to make our party amazing! Her professional, yet beautiful aura, was the perfect addition to our event. Everyone loved her! We would absolutely request her assistance again in the future. And now that she is in Montana, we truly hope our paths cross again!

Shayla was absolutely wonderful to work with! We hired her to perform our wedding ceremony at our home. She really took the time to get to know us, had several consultations with us, and wrote an incredibly beautiful wedding ceremony script. It was a perfect blend of direction and free rein to make the ceremony exactly what we wanted.
On the wedding day, she arrived on time and got to know our family members before the ceremony started. The biggest compliment I can give Shayla is I handed over the bartending to her 100% and she did not disappoint! She is so professional and knows her craft. I can’t recommend Shayla enough! She bartended our wedding and everyone loved her!! We had several calls beforehand in which she helped us decide on drinks and helped us figure out quantities. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service statements consist of Base Rate and Add-On options. Base rate (travel,setup/breakdown, service time) with choices of add-ons (insurance, shopping list, recipes, shopping, etc). You can save money by having me shop for you, while the drinks and service will be top notch for you and your guests! Together we can tailor an event for your special occassion. Pricing is hourly and dependent on accommodations. I provide a free consultation to hear specific details of each client's needs and provide an estimate through an service statement within 48 hrs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial introduction and inquiry via txt on Thumbtack, followed by phone or video consultation. I provide free consultations. I will type up the service statement during the consultation call.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of bartending and hospitality experience in various settings. I have bartended weddings, holiday parties, company parties, bachelorette parties, fundrasiers, auctions etc. I have worked corporate, intimate 5-star, dive, and built my own bars for friends and family. Whether or not it's a small, large, gigantic, local, international guest list- I promise top notch hospitality! I I am pursuing my Master's Degree in Social Work, so you know I love people. ❤️ Plenty of transferable skills.
