Owner and founder Jon Davidson is the reigning Bite Of Oregon Iron Mixologist champion, and hosts a biweekly mixology TV segment on Portland's KATU, Channel 2, as well as other stations around the country. He has designed cocktails for over 40 bars in the United States and México.

Our bartender cancelled last minute and after scrambling to find someone Jon and his team were so helpful and quick to say yes! We loved having them apart of our day. From bar set up to take down their service was excellent and very professional.

Jon bartended a surprise party for my husband on short notice. Cannot speak more highly of his communication, his treatment of our guests, and his bartending skills. I wish I threw parties more often so I had reason to hire him more often. Don’t hesitate to hire him.

Jon did a remarkable job at communication, planning and for hearing me with what and how I wanted this big celebration. We had the pleasure of Kathleen hosting as bartender and we were all pleased with her service, professionalism, punctuality and magic the way she cleaned up and organized things as if she wasn't even there. Drinks were great and she was a trooper crafting a few signature drinks we developed in advance. Aesthetics and presentation was just as I hoped. Next time I need bartending service, i know where I am going.

First I want to start with Jon, from searching for a bartender for my wedding, cocktails inc. wasn't the cheapest one I found, but Jon took the time get on a call with me the same night I submitted an inquiry, to ask what we were looking for and what would be needed for the wedding. Where others would just send me an invoice without knowing anything. The team he sent out were top notch. Greeted us right after the Ceremony with our signature cocktail of choice and made sure we always had a drink. Couldn't have been any happier with the service from cocktails inc., definitely went above and beyond expectations.
