This is also very nicely laid out on our website. We have 3 packages and an hourly fee for consultation and cocktail classes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask for a 15-30 minute phone consultation to discuss the scope of the event, the plan for beverage service, pricing, fees and booking details where we lock in the date and deposit for the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am OLCC certified in alcohol service compliance. I hold an Oregon Food Handlers card certifying my knowledge of safe and sanitary food service practices. I actively study and have been trained in advanced cocktail building techniques.
