Our bartenders are licensed in both Oregon and Washington, and we cover the entire Pacific Northwest. We also offer mixology services in both English and Spanish. Owner and founder Jon Davidson is the reigning Bite Of Oregon Iron Mixologist champion, and hosts a biweekly mixology TV segment on Portland's KATU, Channel 2, as well as other stations around the country. He has designed cocktails for over 40 bars in the United States and México.

Jon was amazing! We worked with him to bartend our neighborhood 4th of July Party and everyone was impressed by him. We selected two signature cocktails from his epic list of creations, and we also served additional beer, wine and spirits. He was responsive and friendly during pre-planning, and he worked up a detailed shopping list for me to go off of which was a lifesaver. He also had no trouble keeping up with our crowd of about 60 adults. We can’t wait to book him again!

Jon officiated our elopement ceremony and was absolutely wonderful 10/10 recommend!Best surprise was he was fluent in Spanish which was a huge plus for our bilingual family :)

Jon was one of the highlights of our wedding. Unfortunately we had downpours during our ceremony, and our entire wedding had to be moved indoors last minute. Jon was always asking around to make sure everyone had a drink despite not being close to the (outdoor) bar. He created an amazing mocktail for us, and even picked up an ingredient for us when it didn’t make it to us in time. He’s truly a special person and brought an amazing energy to our night!
