- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We ask potential clients to take a close review of each vendors offering and make sure you're comparing apples to apples! The request you've submitted has been carefully considered and thoughtfully quoted so that there are no hidden fees or costs. We've elected not to turn on Thumbtacks "Instant Quote" ability when your request comes in so that YOUR particular event can be properly prepared, specifically for you and you only!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The most important thing for our clients is to lock down the date before others do! Once you've reviewed our proposal, talk to us about changes you'd like to make if we've misinterpreted any aspect of your event so that we can refine our quote even further. Our goal is to make this as easy and quick as possible so you can move on with other important aspects of your event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our experienced bartending and serving staff have a true passion for what they do and love helping guests in any way possible. In-house training of our staff on the latest cocktail trends, beer and wine education, proper service etiquette and OLCC service guidelines are constantly being conducted.
