- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We quote by the hour and by the job. We are a concierge service and help with all aspects of the event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the bid is accepted, we start a work order for the event. We can correspond via email, text, and phone - whichever works best for you and the conversation. Once the timeline details are solidified, we talk through the event and expectations to make sure we have everything needed to help with your event and perform to your expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every Portland Party Person is permitted to perform the food and beverage service we offer. Most are both liquor and food handler certified. This means that less people can do more work because we split the work and focus on needed aspects of the time.
