I hired Veronica(Top Notch Party and Event Services. ) after hearing such positive feedback from friends about her and her services. Her and one of her bartenders came out to my home for my Mother's Birthday. We had 50 guests attending. Veronica brought her own bar and supplies, but truly the win here is that her service was exceptional and professional.. going above and beyond, making sure ALL of my guests,including myself had a good time! MOST IMPORTANTLY, my Mother was so pleased with the turn out! Definitely recommending this up and coming small business to family and friends. Thank yoooou Veronica you are truly a rockstar!

Veronica was a pleasure to work with and helped make our son’s wedding rehearsal dinner a huge success. I’d never entertained 50 people in my home before and was very nervous. Veronica arrives early and helped me set up the buffet and the beverage station and kept everything neat and full. She walked through the tables and cleared dishes and plates and kept the house in good order. She also helped pack up food and cleaned the kitchen. She was a true professional and I couldn’t have done it without her. Thank you Top Notch!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will give a quote after assessment of how many guests, how long, how far and what supplies is needed, what kind of budget they have to make it happen. Fair and competitive pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial contact, I will then reach out and take down some information to get to know the client and what it takes to contribute to an amazing experience. Then after i will generate a quote. If the customer decides to use my service, I will then schedule the event, and we will go from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My employees, as well as self, are OLCC certified and have current food handlers cards. I personally have worked in the bar industry for 14+ years. I take the time to train everyone and familiarize them with giving Top Notch Service.
