Painted 25 doors and garage walls and floor. Did a great job with great attitude. Great attention to detail and finished product.

We love our new patio door and windows. The installers Terry and Adam were prompt and professional and did a fantastic job (despite horrible weather).

This man listens. You ask questions...you get good, honest answers. Don can do the jobs how you want them done. If you'd like to know any additional ways to accomplish your jobs, he has the knowledge, details, solutions to support that, also. Don's prices are great, fair, reasonable. 1) He put a post w/base in to support my bowed in the middle "semi-sagging" cross beam of the patio roof. 2) Don stabilized my attic fan to stop its vibrating noise & possible motor damage. He put a screen over it on the inside of the attic for safety to prevent little fingers from getting in. 3) He poured concrete. 4) Don moved furniture. He's got the tape measure & the level ready. Hey...and guess what? I hired Don to come back tomorrow to work on my other projects! I'm glad he could put me in on his schedule.

David replaced my baseboards in my entire basement. He performed the work quickly and it looks great. The price was reasonable and he kept the brand new carpets down there clean. I would hire him again for future projects.

Did a big job on our house. Windows,siding, paint, fence, and moved a window in place of a French door and also added a window in the master bath. Also has some dryrot repair that needed to be fixed but we assumed that during the walk through. Had a few hiccups during the project which added a couple weeks to the deadline we agreed upon but still came out to our satisfaction. The only problem that I have is the team is a little disorganized but still did their job. He added some stuff along the way at no cost which was nice because with the size of our house and the amount of windows it was not cheap but not as expensive as the other bids we received. All in all we were completely satisfied with the craftsmanship and perfection that we received.

Start to Finish Construction remodeled our daylight basement after a very bad flood situation. They removed and hauled away all the damaged carpet and drywall. All new drywall was installed along with all new wood trim, carpeting and vinyl flooring. We were very happy with the end result and Chad added some very nice touches to the trim work at no extra charge. We had one small issue that was resolved very promptly. I would use them again without hesitation!

Geoff designed and installed a custom metal handrail in my basement stair. He was very professional and kept constant communication with us as the project progressed. We will be hiring G. Gold Designs in the future for future contracting projects.

Marsh LLC procured and installed 5 new windows for my basement. They communicated well and encouraged my questions and involvement decision making. They also worked quickly once the custom sized windows were ready. I was left with a tiny bit of clean up but all in all the windows look really great and I would definitely work with them again.

Matt responded right away. We traded information on email. He came to my house to look at the project I needed done. We agreed on a fare price (digging 4 well holes for basement windows). He was able to bring a small crew and begin work the very next day. They worked very fast, cleaned up after and I was very satisfied.

I first used DeMarco Builders in 2004. Joe DeMarco and his crew were remodeling the house next door to mine and were going to flip the house. I was so impressed with their attention to detail and the finished house. At the time I was looking for a contractor to add a master bedroom and bathroom and to do some other repairs to my home. After seeing Joe's work I hired him to do the work for me. In total, I added 450 sq ft, revamped my old bathroom, and reconfigured the existing 2 bedrooms, and added a small deck. I was and am thrilled with the finished product. Joe and crew worked quickly and gave me the house I wanted. Fast forward to February 2016, I needed my house painted, a window moved, the deck enlarged, and most importantly, my non functional kitchen gutted and rebuilt. I knew that Joe had returned to the Portland area and I was disappointed that he wasn't available to do the work. I contacted him for for some recommendations and he just said, "What do you need done? I will be back in the Long Beach (CA) area for some other business and I would be glad to get the work done for you." I was thrilled! He started on May 2, 2016 and on June 2 everything was done. My old kitchen was small, had only 2 cabinets and little to no counter space. It is still small, 12'x7' wall to wall but the difference in functionality is huge. I really didn't know how to make it work but Joe did! I always say I went from a one butt kitchen to a two butt kitchen with no additional space. Joe really wants to make his clients happy and to give them a finished product that exceeds expectations. He has done that twice for me and I cannot recommend him enough.
