- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In this line of work, project cost is widely variable based on the work required. I prefer to talk with customers first about their needs before quoting pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a standard set of questions to better understand what the customer would like the accomplish. From there, depending on the depth of the work, we will likely have a discussion on next steps, timeline and cost. Lastly, I will create a high level plan to be shared when the customer to agree on the path forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20 years of professional business experience and have been on both sides of the table, as the interviewer and interviewee. I mentored many members of my team to create career relevant artifacts, (like a resume) and professional plans to map out future career goals.
