- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Im very flexible working with each person or family to get most out of peoples budget. I charge $60 an hour but I will discuss each project with each idividual client to make sure that each criteria can be meet and that you get highest quality product for your money. I can work with everyone on pricing idividually to make sure price can work for everyone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When excepting a new project Id like to have a phone convesation first to get a first idea of what the project is and what are peoples ideas. Soon after Id like to come by and scope the project on site. Falloowing a visit I make a bid with material and labor and cost and I present that to the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Im a full time carpenter at a Green Building Company in Portland Oregon where I have been employed for the last 5 years. My previous work has been maintaining office and apartment buildings.
