Ed was fantastic! He said he had been in the mortgage industry and the house building/remodeling industry. He has chosen to cleancarpets because he knows how important it is to the overall effect on one’s home…and he likes his work. The best thing was that he treated my carpet like it was his own. He explained the process thoroughly and what carpetcleaning could and could not do. Products he used were well chosen. He was very meticulous in finding spots and getting them out. How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father in-law and I owned and operated a home remodeling and restoration company for 15 years. We decided to sell due to his health and hang up the tool belt. Throughout the years I was responsible for maintaining the rental houses he purchased. I was in charge of cleaning carpets, dryer vents, HVAC systems and hard surface floors in preparation for new renters. After selling the business I decided to take my experience and knowledge of remodeling, renovation, cleaning properties and offer that to new clients like yourself. I enjoy what I do and am very proud of my work. This work gives me great joy seeing people happy and excited in their clean home.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Research the cleaning processes of a particular contractor you are considering. Their unique industry tools, cleaning processes, cleaning products, philosophies and knowledge involved in a professional cleaning. Make sure you are getting a thorough, honest and productive service that will achieve your goals.
