Jess did a restretch of the carpet in the entryway to our primary bedroom, as well as in front of the main bathroom in the hallway - both within 30 minutes! He was fast, very pleasant, reasonably priced, super quick to respond to my initial request (within 2 hours) and came right on time 2 days later. We will call him again should we need any kind of carpet repair and plan to use him for carpet cleaning next year.

We needed our carpets cleaned to sell our house and had some old pet stains which they were able to get up completely. They showed up on time and we're friendly with an excellent work ethic and very detailed. Our three rooms that were cleaned. Look fabulous and smell great! Would definitely use again.
