Introduction: We've been providing professional carpet installations since 1990! We have the skill and experience in working with all types of carpets! We can help with wools, sisals, seagrasses, and loop carpets with difficult repeats. As well as all your basic materials, all are done with personal pride in craftsmanship. We have been CRI/Orcon-certified installers since 1999! Our services include residential/remodel/new construction/small commercial/repairs. There are a few installers who can have a job look as good as us when they have finished the install. Few, if any of those, will follow all the steps I take to ensure your installation lasts! I use only the highest-grade supplies to ensure your investment is protected! All manufacturer/CRI guidelines are followed to the fullest, allowing me to offer an unmatched 4-year labor warranty! I have access to true savings on materials, beating all the big box stores! Allow me to earn your business! There is a difference!

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

I really dont have one type of installation. I provide installations in apartments, to street of dreams, show of remodeled homes, as well as small commercial projects. If I had to say the most common, it would be residential, remodel work. I provide installations for many builders, and designers clients as well. I pride myself on earning repeat business, and if allowed to provide an installation, I take it seriously, and am happy to say, I keep that customer for life! I work all over the Oregon/Wa area, and provide any installation with care, expertise, and attention to detail!

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do some research. If you are looking for the cheapest installer, you can expect a less than perfect job. Find reviews online. Check www.oregonccb.org to see if they are licenced, bonded, and insured, or have ever had a claim. Ask what warranty is offered. 1 Year is standard, and all that is required. Ask to see some photos of their work. Find someone who takes personal pride in craft. Be certain you are hiring someone who has a long track record of quality service. If you have difficulty reaching an installer, or dont receive a call back same day you attempted to reach them, expect the same when your installation is scheduled.
