I have a unique background with cooking and food education. I started by hosting private cooking classes at home which led to teaching cooking classes in local grocery stores, schools (Clark College is a repeat client), and organizations. Receiving rave reviews for the presentation and exceptional quality of my food. I was asked time and time again to cater parties. I decided to give the people what they wanted and have never looked back! I've hosted small intimate parties in residential homes as well as corporate events. I am the author of a self-published cookbook, "Shop, Cook, Eat: Outside of the Box" which is required reading for the students of Health 100 at Clark College. **** From an intimate home dinner party to a corporate luncheon we will craft a menu to suit your style and budget.
