Introduction: Classic Traditions Catering makes your event special by providing exemplary service and fine food. Our attention to detail, every detail, ensures that you can be confident that your event will be exactly what you want.
We offer service levels from buffet to food stations to seated dinner service for weddings, corporate events and fundraisers.
All of our food is scratch-made from fresh ingredients. We don't use pre-packaged mixes or sauces. Instead we take the time to select the best the Northwest has to offer and then take more time to apply the culinary techniques that transform those great ingredients into wonderful food. At your event our staff dress professionally, greet your guests courteously, and work hard to exceed your expectations of excellent service.

Kim and her team created a beautiful setting and delicious meal for our parents' anniversary party for approximately 70 people. The house was transformed into a fabulous venue and every detail was accounted for, from the delivery of the rentals to the last bit of cleanup. The food was fabulous and her staff was professional and efficient. Kim is creative, responsive and a pleasure to work with. The day of the party when our cake was delivered (we had ordered the cake ourselves from an outside source) it looked very plain and she took the time to decorate it with a cascade of trailing, fresh roses. I wish I could post a picture of her beautiful, last minute handiwork. Fabulous professional, amazing chef and last minute cake designer - who could ask for more! 5 stars plus!

Classic Traditions catered out son's rehearsal dinner at our home. Everything was perfect. They were on time, served delicious food with beautiful presentation, were very professional, and cleaned up so things sparkled. I would highly recommend their services.

Kim was excellent at listening to the bride and groom and customizing an elegant menu that was just perfect from appetizer through every course. She was able to deliver an elegant sit-down feel to a buffet. She even accommodated our request to supply the salmon for the event from our recent Alaskan fishing excursion. Some of the crowd favorites were: grilled scallop appetizer, beef tenderloin crustini with curry, grilled salmon, cheesy garlic mashed potatoes, and the list goes on. Everything was cooked to perfection and fit the evening wonderfully

We hired Kim owner of Classic Traditions Catering to cater our Holiday party at Sprout in Springfield for over 150 employees. Kim worked with us to customize our menu for various tastes. She accommodated us with full-sized quiches, winter salad using GloryBee's dried cranberries and her made from scratch sugared nuts with feta (amazing) and a light vinaigrette, hot artichoke and Parmesan spread with french baguette, and sausage bites. Kim understood our vision for the party. On the day of the party were early and helped with the set up. Kim and her staff are so professional. I would recommend Kim and staff for any event.

We hired Kim to cater a barn party for 84 adults and 20 children. We had a full dinner buffet. The party was about 4 hours long. From it's inception, Kim understood my vision for the party and supported and encouraged me with my decorations and theme. She and her staff on the day of the party were early - and stayed late. The food was amazing. They were so professional, so kind, and the clean up was immaculate. I would not hesitate to recommend Kim and staff to anyone for any event. We plan to hire Kim again for two parties in 2015.
