What an amazing staff and the food was incredible. Kate Carver was easily one if the best caterer I have ever worked with. She knew exactly what I needed.

Katie did an outstanding job of making our 25th Anniversary party a success under very unexpected and difficult circumstances. She arrived promptly and the event was set up in quick order, and it was lovely. Then the rain started. Without missing a beat, Katie went into plan B mode and moved the party into the house, which was not large enough to set up tables for 28 guests. She served our hors d'oeuvres as our guests visited inside the house. Then the rain stopped, and we decided to take a chance and move our party outside. In no time Katie had our guests settled at their tables for dinner, and she and her helper provided excellent service throughout. I was impressed by her friendliness, and her flexibility with a smile. She is unflappable! All of us present were most positively impressed by how she saved the day. Aside from the prompt, professional service, the food was wonderful. Katie and her staff are truly outstanding.

Will most defiantly be using Pearl Catering again. I was able to meet with Katie in person to plan everything and she was very easy to work with. She was also very flexible and willing to accommodate or my last minute changes. Her staff was also very friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for making our grand opening at Shango a time to remember.
