Hired on Thumbtack

I appreciated him taking time to go get a better part rather than making what he had work. Technically it would have been ok except for my personal limitations made it less than ideal. He found a better way. Also, we had a party going on. He was very pleasant and appropriate. Friendly when in contact, unobtrusive otherwise.

Brian the electrician came out to diagnose an issue with several lights that were not working, and he was great to work with. He quickly identified the problem, explained what was going on in a way that was easy to understand, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. He was professional, efficient, and respectful of our home. I really appreciated his honesty and knowledge, and I would definitely call this company again for future electrical work.
