Besides the above, he's an excellent teacher and explained to me why I should or should not do various things. He also saved me money by not trying to sell me unneeded parts. He confirmed that my old battery was FINE and encouraged me to return the new one. Also very approachable. I did have trouble understanding his language over the phone but that vanished when talking to him face to face. Thanks for the recommendation.
