- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on an estimate of your description of the work needed. The more detail you provide (such as the type of computer you need assistance with) the more accurate my pricing will be.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'm friendly and generally like to get started with a discussion about what you are expecting to get out of the work you hired me for. I like to build mutual trust and respect from the first moment we speak.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the Technology field for over 20 years, I have extensive experience with business solutions, advanced e-mail, web technology including Microsoft 356, Office Suite, Mac and Windows, iOS, and Android.
