Sean was very knowledgeable and very helpful. We feel he truly went above and beyond when it came to fixing our computer after a hard drive crash. He helped us get our computer going again. He even helped us by rescuing all our files. We thought we lost all our important pictures and videos... Our memories!

While my problem wasn't able to be fixed because it requires replacing a part which can't be done remotely, the likely cause of my issue was isolated. They were friendly, responsive, and patient and for that, I am grateful. Highly recommended
